Loyiso releases ‘Full Circle’!

Three years after his last album Blow Your Mind, multiple award winning singer, songwriter and producer Loyiso returns with his latest offering: Full Circle.

As the title suggests, this album portrays the culmination of over 10 years of an ever-evolving career and has taken him right back to his core of songwriting.

Full Circle is Loyiso’s 4th album and is filled with examples of his lyrical genius. Serving up a very eclectic mix, he takes the listener on a journey that transcends genres, effortlessly bridging the gap between pop, soul, urban and soft rock. Along with his recognizable classical piano background he proves once again that he never ceases to create a sound of educated melodies.

For the 2nd single off the album, World of Mine, he teamed up with award wining vernac rapper Khuli Chana, offering a big-band style, while portraying a more harmonic vocal performance with his younger brother Phelo on Girl You’re Mine (‘Ungowam’), who is one third of the pop-opera group, Bala Brothers.

Full Circle was crafted by a defiantly liberated singer songwriter and is a truly sublime piece of happiness for the ears.

Reflecting on his own piece of work, Loyiso says: “This album is a culmination of my life experiences. On my previous ones, I’ve always written songs that were not only based on my personal experiences in love, but also on those of others’ that were shared with me. This time around, it’s all me…”
